Associate – Private Wealth

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a motivated Associate to support its Private Wealth division. Reporting to the Chief Private Wealth Officer, you will work closely with Relationship Directors to manage high‑net‑worth client portfolios and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Directors with HNW and UHNW client portfolio management.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and portfolio reviews for client meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, documentation, and meeting notes.
• Run cash‑flow models and portfolio analysis using Excel.
• Coordinate client onboarding, KYC, and account‑opening processes.
• Follow up on investment opportunities, subscriptions, redemptions, and required documentation.
• Track client pipelines, investments, and follow‑ups.
• Liaise with Investments, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
• Monitor portfolios and help prepare periodic performance reviews.
• Support marketing and capital‑formation activities for private‑market products.
• Mentor junior team members and assist the Client Services team as needed.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking.
• Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, and alternative investments.
• Experience serving HNW and UHNW clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or CISI are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

• Advanced Excel (cash‑flow modelling, portfolio tracking, scenario analysis).
• PowerPoint for client‑ready presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio‑management tools.
