Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Doha

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead complex audit engagements at its Doha office. You will shape audit strategy, ensure high‑quality delivery, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute audit strategy in line with EY policies and client requirements.
• Perform complex audit procedures and lead engagement teams.
• Manage staffing, track fees, and communicate financial issues to project leaders.
• Identify and escalate audit risks while fostering a learning culture.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
• Participate in business development initiatives to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of external audit experience.
• Strong academic record and a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA).
• Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Proactive, accountable, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities, resources, and communicate effectively.
