Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Application System Analyst specialized in Aviation ERP systems to provide Level 1 technical and functional support for the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS). The role involves building complex SQL queries, extracting data, and customizing reports to meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for ARMS modules and the electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware, troubleshooting user issues and classifying them as bugs, service requests, or change requests.
• Coordinate change requests with end‑users and vendors, tracking them through scoping, quoting, UAT, release and sign‑off.
• Create quick‑reference guides, flow‑charts and training material to improve user understanding of system processes.
• Administer system access control, master configuration and module integration across ARMS, FOSS/LITE, CMSS, SQMS, ITMS, HFDM and CREWPORTAL.
• Perform periodic iPad battery health checks and manage EFB hardware inventory.
• Review and procure Jeppesen JeppView subscriptions for Doha operations and outstation bases.
• Support flight crewing, rostering, license checks and related operational training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Level 1 support for aviation ERP or similar complex systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with end‑users, vendors and internal IT teams.
