About the role
The Banquet Commis (Level 1) supports the banquet kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for events at a luxury resort. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will assist with food preparation, equipment operation, and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare special meals or substitute items as required.
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
- Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in accordance with service needs.
