Banquet Driver – Transportation & Logistics Support

About the role

The Banquet Driver provides safe, punctual and efficient transportation and logistical support for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth banquet operations and timely movement of equipment, supplies and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Transport banquet equipment, materials, supplies and food items to and from event locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading items safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of banquet‑related materials for events.
• Support the F&B team with event setup and breakdown when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate schedules and transportation needs with the F&B department.
• Handle banquet equipment during transport to avoid damage and comply with health, safety and hotel regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a driver, preferably in hotel, hospitality, events or logistics.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to load, unload and handle banquet equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
