Banquet Manager

About the role

As a Banquet Manager at Hilton, you will lead the planning and execution of all banquet functions, ensuring each event delivers a memorable experience for guests. You will be the driving force behind smooth operations, from setup to breakdown, while fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with a friendly, proactive attitude and anticipate ways to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of banquet events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details and updates to Food & Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio‑Visual, and Housekeeping teams.
• Manage event breakdown, ensuring rooms are reset efficiently for the next function.
• Supervise, coach, and develop banquet team members, monitoring performance and fostering a productive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
