About the role

Join a pre‑opening hotel in central Doha as a Banquet Supervisor, leading the banquet team to deliver flawless events ranging from corporate meetings to special celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise banquet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to hotel standards.
• Lead, train and motivate the banquet team to provide exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate event setup, service flow and breakdown activities for seamless execution.
• Conduct pre‑event briefings to communicate requirements, timelines and service expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly and ensure resolution of any issues.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and safety standards.
• Support inventory control, equipment management and cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role in a 4/5‑star or mid‑scale hotel.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event operations, guest relations and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced environment.
