About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Barista and brighten guests’ days by preparing quality beverages and creating warm, memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and Hilton operational policies, including cash handling and security.
• Rotate stock, replenish beverages, and minimize waste by using products before best‑before dates.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, promote items, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale system, handle checks, and report any issues according to procedures.
• Keep work stations clean and set up properly before, during, and after shifts.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering warm guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Hilton grooming standards.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system operation.
• Cash handling and basic financial transaction skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
