About the role
Join the hotel’s culinary team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will prepare high‑quality dishes while supporting a warm, hospitality‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in the absence of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, preventing cross‑contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage conditions and stock rotation to ensure food safety.
- Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations for guest and team wellbeing.
- Assist guests with inquiries promptly to enhance their dining experience.
