Barista – Hotel Café

About the role

Join Pullman as a Barista and become a Heartist who delivers memorable beverage experiences in an upscale, fast‑paced hotel environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing high‑quality hot and cold drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks and latte art according to menu standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu information, answer questions and provide personalized recommendations.
• Follow outlet policies, safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized and visually appealing for guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability, responsibility and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to stay calm and courteous.
