About the role

Join the Pullman hotel team in Doha and deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service as a Barista. You will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable coffee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with latte art.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu information in an informative and helpful manner.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Ensure excellent first impressions through personal hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
• Provide unique dining experiences in an upscale, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous Barista experience required.
• Point of sale (POS) system experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
