About the role

Join the Guest Service Support team at Le Royal Meridien in Lusail, Qatar, as a Barista. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while supporting overall food‑and‑beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages according to brand standards.
• Set tables, assist the kitchen, and keep work areas clean and well‑stocked.
• Replenish supplies, read and verify menu information, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and work safely on varied surfaces.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification required.
