About the role
Join the Guest Service Support team at Le Royal Meridien in Lusail, Qatar, as a Barista. You will help create memorable experiences for guests by delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while supporting overall food‑and‑beverage operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages according to brand standards.
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, and keep work areas clean and well‑stocked.
- Replenish supplies, read and verify menu information, and ensure smooth service flow.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and work safely on varied surfaces.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
