Barista

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team at The Pearl Island, Doha. You will be the face of our beverage service, creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and local partners to anticipate guest needs.
• Adhere to safety, health, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar coffee or beverage service role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
