Bartender (Malibu)

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender who is passionate about specialty coffee and premium beverages. You will craft espresso drinks, signature cocktails and mocktails while delivering warm, personalized service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails and other premium beverages to the highest standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift.
• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste and quality.
• Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to provide seamless service during busy periods.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso‑based beverages.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
