About the role
Mondrian Doha, a Mondrian brand hotel with venues across eight locations, is looking for a Bellman. The role greets guests, handles their luggage and provides friendly, attentive service throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain the room facilities and promote the hotel's outlets (restaurant, bar, spa)
- Deliver luggage, messages, faxes and packages, and carry out other requests to ensure guest comfort
- Transport departing guests' luggage from the room to the lobby, confirming that all items have been accounted for
- Store luggage safely according to prescribed procedures and keep the storage area clean and tidy
- Inform guests about the hotel, its services, the city and local happenings, and keep up with hotel activities
- Provide gracious, attentive and friendly service
