Brand Training Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role

ULTA Beauty is preparing to launch its first store in Qatar and seeks a Brand Training Manager to lead learning initiatives across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty categories. You will shape the knowledge, confidence, and performance of store teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional product expertise and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the learning and development strategy for designated beauty brands.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging training programs for makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty.
• Partner with brand representatives, suppliers, and host brands to provide best‑in‑class product and service training.
• Coach store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify skills gaps, create development plans, and support succession planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence across the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development within a large commercial organization.
• Proven track record leading training initiatives across multiple brands, functions, or locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all business levels.
• Passion for beauty, retail, and people development.
• Experience working with external brand partners, suppliers, or luxury/beauty brands is highly desirable.
