Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & AI

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least three years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, data, or AI programs. The role works within agile squads, partnering closely with Product Owners to turn complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is required for stakeholder workshops, documentation, and executive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring stories are well‑formed and ready for sprint execution.
• Lead requirement reviews and walkthroughs with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Conduct Fit‑Gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and maintain the requirements baseline.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support UAT planning, defect triage, and release sign‑off.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Produce executive‑grade documentation in both English and Arabic.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience on digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience working in agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or GenAI use cases is advantageous.
