Business Analyst – FI Cross‑Sell Activation & Operating Model

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead Financial Institutions (FI) Cross‑Sell Activation initiatives across Turkey and Egypt. The role focuses on analysing client portfolios, identifying wallet‑share opportunities, and supporting the design and implementation of operating models, onboarding frameworks, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse FI client portfolios to uncover cross‑sell opportunities, wallet‑share gaps and revenue potential.
• Conduct portfolio assessments to evaluate product penetration, utilisation and profitability.
• Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data analysis and market insights.
• Gather and document business requirements from Coverage, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Support the design of Target Operating Models and client‑engagement frameworks, preparing functional specifications and process documentation.
• Map end‑to‑end client onboarding and lifecycle processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate on digital transformation and automation initiatives with Operations and Technology teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities across product groups and monitor post‑implementation performance.
• Act as liaison between Business, Coverage, Operations, Product Management, Risk, Technology and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale banking, specifically FI coverage, transaction banking, global markets and corporate lending.
• Strong analytical background with ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and operating model design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions.
