Business Development Executive – Healthcare Staffing

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in the healthcare staffing sector across Qatar. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, responsible for expanding our client base and ensuring the timely delivery of qualified staff.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare staffing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive sales growth.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within Qatar.
Required profile
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing sales.
- Hands‑on experience in the Qatar staffing market.
- Strong business development, sales, and client management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
