About the role

The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Qatar market. You will build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in manpower consultancy preferred.
  • Energetic, proactive, and target‑driven.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Qatar driving licence.
  • Knowledge of the Qatar market is a plus.
