Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity, ELV & IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our Cybersecurity, ELV and IT Infrastructure distribution division in Doha. You will own the department’s pipeline, revenue targets and vendor relationships, driving growth across Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Own the department – manage pipeline, set revenue targets and oversee vendor management.
• Generate new business with system integrators, IT resellers, contractors and end‑users throughout Qatar.
• Drive sales of cybersecurity solutions (firewall, endpoint, IAM, network security), ELV systems (access control, structured cabling, fire alarm) and IT infrastructure products.
• Build and manage channel partner relationships, establishing Simplix as a preferred distribution partner.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Report pipeline, forecasts and performance to leadership.
• Represent Simplix at vendor briefings, trade events and industry forums.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of business development or sales experience in cybersecurity, ELV or IT infrastructure distribution within Qatar or the GCC.
• Proven ability to generate new business independently.
• Strong network with system integrators, contractors and procurement contacts in Qatar.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.
