Business Development Manager

About the role

Fioreva Studio is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its client portfolio across Qatar. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting inbound leads into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients in the marketing, advertising, branding, and creative sectors.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase Fioreva Studio’s services.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the studio at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of agreed projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively.

Required skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
