About the role

Savoy Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities across corporate and SME segments and promoting motor, medical, and general insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities across corporate and SME segments.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Promote motor, medical and general insurance solutions.
Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
Identify cross‑selling opportunities within the client portfolio.
Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

Experience in insurance sales or business development preferred.
Good knowledge of the Qatar market.
Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
Qatar driving licence preferred.
