About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Intern to join our remote team. The intern will act as the bridge between Vanillakart’s AI‑driven digital services and potential customers, initiating conversations, researching leads and supporting the closing process.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, social media and professional networks.
- Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities and online directories.
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators and co‑working spaces.
- Explain Vanillakart’s AI workforce solutions to founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals and business owners.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer queries and build relationships.
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses and conversions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates and partnership acquisition.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets with professionalism and consistency.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confident in outreach and networking.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and proactive.
- Interest in startups, sales or business development.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, LinkedIn and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
