Business Development & Sales Partner

About the role

Mile Zéro, an independent creative consultancy operating across Qatar, Dubai, Beirut and Cairo, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Partner based in Doha. This freelance, commission‑only position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision‑makers, and converting leads into signed clients for the agency’s branding and marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in target industries such as fashion, beauty, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail and events.
• Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Leverage existing relationships with founders, business owners, marketing directors and key decision‑makers.
• Introduce Mile Zéro’s creative and marketing services to prospects and facilitate meetings.
• Support the conversion of qualified opportunities into signed contracts and keep management informed of progress.

Required profile

• Based in Doha, Qatar with a proven track record in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Strong existing network of business owners and decision‑makers in the Qatar market.
• Experience within a creative, branding or marketing agency is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently.
