Business Performance Analyst Specialist

About the role

The Business Performance Analyst Specialist will own real‑time performance monitoring and enable data‑driven decisions across Snoonu’s verticals. You will identify gaps, diagnose issues, and support corrective actions to keep the business on track.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track and report on key business KPIs and targets across markets.
• Monitor performance across verticals, detect deviations and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Partner with product, operations and strategy teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support budgeting and strategic reviews with actionable insights.
• Track execution of initiatives and measure outcomes against targets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, SQL, business operations or performance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in marketplace, logistics or Super‑App environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly.
