About the role
We are seeking a Business Support Officer to enhance the efficiency of our department by managing communications, coordinating workflows, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures smooth operational processes and supports the delivery of business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and distribute workflow tasks, collecting deliverables from various teams.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal departments and external partners.
- Prepare, edit, and disseminate reports, presentations, and other written materials.
- Monitor and evaluate data, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and work methods.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of full‑time experience in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
