Business Systems Specialist

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to provide technical and functional support for its core business applications. This role ensures the reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of systems that underpin university operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for business systems used across the university.
• Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and testing to ensure smooth operation.
• Generate and maintain reports, troubleshoot issues, and support end‑users.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal and governmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in business systems support or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
