About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join the Reservations team at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book, modify or cancel their stays, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or email.
- Identify guest needs and provide accurate information about room availability, rates and hotel facilities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records in the hotel’s booking system.
- Collaborate with front‑desk and sales teams to resolve special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
