About the role
The Capability Development Supervisor will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s Competency Management Framework. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the role ensures that competency models are accurate, assessments are robust, and learning interventions are aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and operationalise job competency models across all functions.
- Oversee technical competency assessments and ensure data quality.
- Translate assessment insights into actionable learning and development inputs.
- Act as the subject‑matter reference for all technical competency matters.
- Guarantee consistency, quality and alignment of competency practices with organisational capability requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is desirable.
- Certified Workplace Assessor or Moderator certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organization Development.
- Hands‑on experience with competency frameworks, capability development or technical training design.
- Solid understanding of learning and development best practices.
