Category Executive - Toys

About the role

Snoonu, a Qatari super app focused on delivery and shopping, is looking for a Category Executive for the Toys category. You will optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions and in-app merchandising, and build strong relationships with merchants and suppliers to grow sales and deliver a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day category performance to hit commercial targets, optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory with merchants
• Identify growth opportunities across the Toys, Kids and Stationery segments
• Run in-app campaigns and merchandising plans aligned with the commercial calendar, and optimize category pages, product lists, banners and search
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Content and Operations on campaign execution
• Build relationships with partners and suppliers, monitor stock, pricing accuracy and catalog quality, and support onboarding of new partners and merchants
• Track category performance via dashboards and reporting, analyze customer behavior and support process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG or E-commerce
• Preferred: strong knowledge of the Toys, Kids and Stationery categories and customer purchase behavior

Required skills

• Analyzing commercial performance with Excel and BI tools
• Merchandising, promotions, assortment planning and supplier management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
