About the role
MetLife, a global financial services company offering insurance, annuities and employee benefits, is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Doha. The role focuses on selling individual insurance, investment and savings products, managing client relationships and reaching sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell individual insurance, investment and savings products
- Manage client relationships
- Achieve sales targets in a financial services environment
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field, with MOFA attestation
- Must be in Qatar with a valid transferable visa
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Insurance certifications or licenses are a plus
Required skills
- Insurance and financial product sales experience
- Customer relationship management
- Communication and negotiation
- CRM and pipeline management
- Knowledge of underwriting and insurance regulations
- Target-driven sales performance
- Experience in life, health or general insurance
