CCR Operator – Offshore Production & Safety

About the role

The CCR Operator will monitor and control oil and gas production and utility systems to ensure production and environmental targets are met. Working as part of the Offshore Emergency Response Team, the role contributes to safe, efficient operations in a high‑risk environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control all production and utility systems on offshore facilities.
• Act as a Permit Controller, ensuring all work follows the Permit‑to‑Work process.
• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing production tasks and operational activities.
• Provide analysis of production volumes, identify opportunities and risks, and support performance improvement.
• Promote safety, cost consciousness, and incident‑free culture across the team.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, process safety, operational safety, and plant integrity guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three‑year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years on offshore oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with offshore production equipment and control systems.
• Knowledge of Permit‑to‑Work procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyse production data and generate actionable insights.
