CCTV Technician / Operator (Qatar)

About the role

Salam Technology is looking for a skilled CCTV Technician/Operator to join its IT Services team in Qatar. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and operating advanced surveillance systems to ensure client safety.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment in line with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues and perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide on‑site training and support to clients for effective system use.
• Document installations, configurations and maintenance activities for compliance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Required skills

• Proficient in installing and configuring CCTV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for CCTV hardware and software.
• Knowledge of IP cameras, analog CCTV technologies and related security protocols.
