Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Technology & Digital Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a leading technology and digital infrastructure organisation in Doha. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring robust financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and support for high‑growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and treasury management.
• Lead regulatory reporting, corporate governance and compliance for a publicly listed or technology‑driven entity.
• Manage cost pricing and financial analysis of large‑scale IT and B2B projects.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, enterprise risk management frameworks, and audit processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on investment decisions, strategic growth plans and operational performance.
• Engage with regulators, external auditors and stakeholders to fulfil reporting obligations.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in technology, ICT, cloud, data centre, telecommunications or related sectors.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a technology‑driven or publicly listed organisation.
• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent); MBA is desirable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
