Chief Investment & Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Investment & Operating Officer will lead the family office’s investment activities, shaping strategy, sourcing and executing opportunities, and overseeing portfolio performance. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will drive value creation across a diversified set of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities across multiple sectors and asset classes.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and the preparation of investment memoranda.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and strategic transactions, including M&A execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify value‑creation levers and assist portfolio companies in achieving strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement the family office’s investment strategy and capital allocation framework.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, advisors and strategic partners.
