Client Executive – Business Development (Growth Markets)

About the role

EY is looking for a Client Executive to join its Business Development team in Doha, focusing on Growth Markets across the MENA region. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, leveraging EY’s global capabilities to deliver complex solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with C‑level client executives, understanding their strategic needs.
• Lead account planning, pipeline development and execution of high‑value pursuits, including presentations, negotiations and proposal delivery.
• Collaborate with service line leaders and regional partners to design go‑to‑market strategies and market‑specific campaigns.
• Monitor account performance using EY’s frameworks, contribute to revenue planning and ensure operational excellence.
• Coach junior business development staff and client‑serving professionals to build a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of business development experience in professional services or solution‑selling environments.
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large conglomerates or family‑owned businesses.
• Experience working across multiple countries, preferably in the MENA region.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
