Client Manager – Employee Benefits (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

Aon Qatar LLC is seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate Employee Benefits clients in Doha. You will act as the primary advisor on benefits strategy, insurance placement, and day‑to‑day service, helping clients optimise their health, life and disability programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, delivering proactive advice and high‑quality service.
• Build strong relationships through regular meetings, understand workforce needs and present tailored Aon solutions.
• Design, market and place benefits programmes, prepare presentations, negotiate quotations and manage renewals or mid‑term changes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end policy administration, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML, QFCRA and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate claims handling, liaise with insurers/adjusters and drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure accurate premium/fee collection and account handling in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters and colleagues to deepen relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Employee Benefits (group medical, life, disability) within a broker or insurer environment.
• Proven track record in client/account management for corporate clients.
• Hands‑on experience designing, marketing and placing benefits programmes, including renewals.
• Familiarity with the Qatar insurance market and regulatory framework (QFCRA).
• Experience working to KYC/AML and documentation standards.
