About the role
The Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager maintains room inventory for a cluster of properties, maximizes revenue, and ensures clean booking windows for guests. This role also recommends pricing strategies and oversees inventory management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain rooms inventory for the assigned cluster and release group rooms back to general inventory.
- Recommend pricing and positioning for cluster properties.
- Oversee the inventory management system to verify selling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
- Provide professional guest service, including greeting, anticipating needs, and using proper telephone etiquette.
Required profile
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds and standing for extended periods.
