Coding for Kids Trainer

About the role

Edoxi is seeking a part‑time Coding for Kids Trainer to join its Doha campus. The trainer will design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate coding lessons that introduce children to fundamental programming concepts using tools such as Scratch, Blockly or basic Python.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials tailored to different age groups.
• Deliver hands‑on coding sessions and guide students through projects.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with Edoxi’s academic team to refine curricula and integrate new technologies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of coding concepts and at least one kid‑friendly programming platform (Scratch, Blockly, or Python basics).
• Experience teaching or mentoring children in STEM or digital skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to explain technical ideas simply.
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment.
