About the role

As a Commercial Director at Hilton, you will lead commercial strategy across multiple revenue streams, delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay. You will be the driving force behind revenue growth, market share expansion, and the overall commercial success of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies for Group, Conference & Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to align commercial decisions with revenue, cost, profit, and margin targets.
• Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and revenue management practices.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies proactively.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing commercial team.
