About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Consultant to act as an intermediary between property owners and tenants, manage transactions, and support business development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead generation through warm calling and networking
- Conduct property valuations and viewings
- Qualify new leads and negotiate deals
- Finalize transactions and hand over properties
- Follow up with clients post‑sale
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years commercial leasing and sales experience, preferably B2B
- Full driving licence
- Determination to succeed and money‑motivated
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and fluent English
