About the role

The Commercial Sponsorship & Sales Manager will spearhead the creation and execution of sponsorship and sales strategies to generate sustainable revenue across media platforms. Based in Doha, the role focuses on uncovering new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and delivering innovative sponsorship solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial sponsorship and sales strategies that support revenue targets.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams and white‑space opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline to achieve sales objectives.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Negotiate, secure and manage sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end sponsorship and sales processes, from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and executive‑level partners.
• Monitor commercial performance, prepare forecasts and deliver regular reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, sponsorship, business development or revenue generation.
• Proven track record of commercial growth and strategic partnership management, preferably within the media industry.
• Experience engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
