About the role
Join Accor’s culinary team as a Commis II and contribute to delivering high‑quality food experiences for guests. You will work in a dynamic hotel kitchen, supporting food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily mise‑en‑place and cook menu items across various kitchen sections.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to hotel hygiene standards.
- Implement food safety and hygiene procedures, including HACCP and local regulations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to control waste, cost, and stock levels.
- Monitor food inventory and contribute to cost‑control measures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Understanding of standard food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety requirements for hospitality venues.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and safety practices.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory systems.
