Construction Manager – Mission Critical Infrastructure

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the planning, execution, supervision and delivery of hyperscale data‑center construction projects. You will ensure that civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical and ELV works meet Tier III/Tier IV standards, client requirements and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction execution plans aligned with project schedules, procurement and logistics.
• Lead day‑to‑day construction activities across CSA, Electrical, Mechanical and ELV disciplines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary contractors, vendors and subcontractors, managing SIMOPS for safe execution.
• Monitor progress with Primavera P6, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, QA/QC inspections and defect‑free delivery.
• Enforce HSE plans, Permit‑to‑Work processes and promote a zero‑harm culture.
• Manage subcontractor performance, logistics and material coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale data‑center construction projects.
• Ability to oversee CSA, MEP and ELV works while ensuring safety, budget and schedule compliance.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple contractors, vendors and technical teams.
• Experience using project controls tools to track schedule and mitigate risks.
• Commitment to quality, HSE standards and defect‑free construction environments.
