About the role

The Tax Authority is seeking a seasoned Content Team Lead to drive the creation of bilingual (Arabic & English) communications that support strategic initiatives, taxpayer awareness, and public engagement. This senior position will shape the Authority’s voice across digital platforms, campaigns, publications, and official correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of bilingual content strategies aligned with the Authority’s objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end process of content creation, review, translation, editing, and approval.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and communications teams to translate complex regulations into clear, accessible language.
• Ensure all materials comply with government standards, maintain consistency, and meet quality‑assurance benchmarks.
• Oversee the timely delivery of communication assets across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in content creation, editorial management, or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant professional certificates are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale communication projects.
