Contract Administrator – O&M Project in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join an international consulting firm’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all contractual matters for large‑scale infrastructure and facilities‑management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage all contractual aspects of the O&M project.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Review, evaluate, and process variations, claims, and contractual notices.
• Support project management teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare contractual reports and maintain accurate contract records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial management.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure, facilities management and O&M projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration procedures, claims management, variations, and contractual correspondence.
• Experience in contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as FIDIC and GCC experience are an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
