Contracts Analyst – Post Award Support

About the role
The Contracts Analyst provides post‑award contract support and analysis for the Onshore & Operations Support Group, ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy LNG policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an updated contracts list, track validity and cap‑value utilization continuously.
- Assist with contractor performance evaluations, development, and local‑content monitoring.
- Review ITPs for rate compliance, create purchase orders in SAP, and manage Contract Work Orders through final payment and close‑out.
- Support the yearly Contracts Demand Plan and provide accurate month‑end and year‑end accrual numbers.
- Ensure timely invoice clearance according to contract terms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of cost and contracts management experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and industry practice.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
