Contracts and Procurement Manager

About the role

Procurement and Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process and managing contracts across the organization. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing vendor relationships. The role also involves cost control, risk management, and ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process and manage all contracts.
• Source suppliers, negotiate terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contract law and procurement regulations.
• Control costs, manage risks and monitor performance of suppliers.
• Guarantee timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in procurement and contracts management.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an advantage.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage procurement activities.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in procurement software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
